Synopsis

Subhash Nagre (Amitabh Bachchan) who is well known as Sarkar by his followers. Sarkar has his own way to bring in justice in the law system. Rasheed (Zakir Hussain) tries to strike a deal with Sarkar. He promptly refuses on moral grounds and also forbids him from doing it himself.
