Synopsis
Director Billy Wilder, pairing for the seventh time with writing partner I.A.L. Diamond, brings us the blackest of black comedy in "The Fortune Cookie." The tale focuses on the travails of a TV cameraman (Jack Lemmon) who is injured while shooting a sporting event, and then inveigled into an insurance scam by his brother-in-law, the infamous Whiplash Willie (Walter Matthau).
