Synopsis
An endangered community: farmers who practise subsistence farming in a mountainous village of northern Portugal, deserted due to emigration. We follow the 49 villagers through four seasons and meet António, a former emigrant who returned home, and Daniel, a young shepherd who dreams of love at dusk.
