Part five of “FIVE”, commissioned by Mastercard. In a split second, life changed for Carolina Ignarra. A harrowing accident left her forever traversing the crowded streets of São Paulo in a wheelchair. But her biggest challenge was not her disability, but workplace discrimination. Driven to educate managers on the value of inclusiveness, Carolina started Talento Incluir to help employers value, hire and redefine the meaning of top talent.
